– The Analysts is a consulting company specialized in Business Analysis and Digital Transformation. – My role combines two dimensions: – Delivery: leading BA/FA, process & IT projects for both private & public sector clients. – Growth: building and managing a network of skilled IT consultants to strengthen client teams and accelerate transformation programs.

– Writing and managing requirements using JIRA and Confluence – Assisting in workshops with internal stakeholders of all business units – Assist in technical meetings, read-outs, analysis, process definitions, ... – Writing and maintaining documentation – Applying governance on documentation and processes – Helping to implement and organize the agile framework – Writing testing scenario's – Executing testing scenario's – Supporting business in the after production release – Responsible of the aftercare with the stakeholders

– My role as a junior auditor at EY consists in assessing whether the financial statements of our clients are presented fairly, in all material aspects, and reflect a true and fair value. – The goal is to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, an information which is paramount for many stakeholders (e.g. banks, investors, suppliers...) of companies. – Audit from A to Z: planning, execution & conclusion – Testing of design and effectiveness of internal controls – Identification of ongoing issues and process inefficiencies – Close interaction with client to ensure efficiency & understanding on both side – I work with a diversified portfolio of small, medium & large clients from various industries, both in Belgian GAAP & IFRS environments: – Foods & Beverages – European Institutions & Political Parties - Compliance Audits – Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals – Consumer goods – Health Insurance (Mutualités) – High-Tech – Travel & hotels – In this position, I can continue to improve my soft skills (eg: building strong client relationships, teamwork, communication) while I am gaining technical financial and accounting competencies.
