Produit substantiel du train E-commerce Dior( SAFe Agile) , la brique Customs & Delivery est en charge de tous les systèmes en avale de l’OMS , incluant le TMS , les divers WMS et enfin le service de transaction douanière. -Responsable à la maille central groupe des différent WMS utilisés dans les entrepôts E-commerce Dior ( évolutions, maintenances, change request). -Découpage des features en user stories, priorisations du backlog et suivi du delivery au cours des sprints. -Coordination des différents sujets portfolio avec les autres stakeholders du train Agile. -Garant des spécifications fonctionnelles du produit avec l’aide des architecte systèmes. -Responsables du suivis et du delivery des différents prestataires ayant des adhérences au produit ( TMS Centiro, Carriers, Glopal, Mulesoft). -Coordination des tests et validation des critères d’acceptances avec les QA. Projet majeurs groupe mené durant ma mission : -Roll out USA - Tactical One Stock : Rollout TMS & WMS au sein d’un nouvel entrepôt dédié à l’omnichannel. -Roll Out UAE - Light Warehouse Solution : Rollout TMS & utilisation d’un module personnalisé de l’OMS Fluent en guise de nouveau WMS allègé. -Premium Delivery USA - TOSHI : Implémentation du nouveau service de conciergerie DIOR ( livraison VIP ) avec un nouveau prestataire spécialisé. -Premium Delivery Australia - Delivery in Person.

- Responsible for the performance of Manutan Group websites: Key member of the Manutan Speed Committee. - Ensuring maintenance and innovation actions related to the performance of Manutan websites. - Roll out of the Fasterize solution across the group's 21 sites. - Conducting a study and gathering payment requirements from Manutan Group departments (Finance, Webmasters, Accounting, Treasury, E-commerce). - Benchmarking payment providers (generalists & specialized B2B). - Crafting a Payment RFI (Request for Information) for Manutan Group. - Crafting a Payment RFP (Request for Proposal) for Manutan Group. - Conducting workshops and interviews with various payment providers in the market. - Managing project costs related to payment and performance initiatives. - Analysis of legacy payment systems and current monetary flows (SEPA & SWIFT).

Within the Digital IT department, I actively contributed as a versatile team member to various innovative projects with international reach initiated by Manutan Group. E-commerce Product Owner (2022) - Decomposing and crafting user stories, incorporating acceptance criteria. - Facilitating team rituals: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. - Managing the product backlog (prioritization and maintaining agility). - Coordinating and monitoring user acceptance testing with international subsidiaries. - Ensuring a smooth release process and maintaining release notes. - Communicating group-wide updates, bug fixes, and new features on the website. - Managing web flows, particularly in relation to customer data. Business Process Analyst (2022) - Conducting an audit of the information system for the Pichon subsidiary (collective markets). - Analyzing gaps between the current information system and the Manutan Group's target system. - Meeting with stakeholders from Pichon to gather business requirements. - Modeling use cases and business processes for the Pichon.fr website.

Context: Within Digital Air France and the Sales Plane, the Information Management Office (IMO) is responsible for the information systems, from their initial design to operational monitoring. The IMO proposes and drives innovation in the IT systems to support the evolution of processes and business challenges. During my two years at Air France, I had the opportunity to contribute to the Smartconnect and Self-Service Reaccommodation projects as a Business Analyst. Context: Within Informatique Banque Populaire, a division of the BPCE group dedicated to the maintenance and update of the group's Information Systems, I worked in a new unit specialized in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a consultant on the UiPath tool. Developed Skills: - Prioritizing and conducting feasibility studies for processes eligible for RPA. - Analyzing the complexity of prioritized processes. - Drafting detailed specifications for selected processes. - Formalizing processes to be automated using UML (Unified Modeling Language). - Planning RPA deployment within an entity. - Managing the progress of developments. - Communicating with clients regarding progress. - Driving change management and raising awareness of RPA. - Conducting workshops to define business requirements. - Iterative demonstrations of progress. - Monitoring incidents and obstacles.
