As part of the STM32 Wireless team at STMicroelectronics, I provide technical support and expertise to both mass-market customers and key accounts, helping them design, debug, and validate solutions based on STM32 Wireless microcontrollers. 🔹 Main responsibilities: - Delivered more than 1,000 accepted solutions and contributed over 3,000 technical responses on ST Community forums. - Debugging, testing, and resolving complex customer cases on STM32WB, STM32WL, STM32WBA, STM32WB0, and other STM32 products. - Contributing to the development of FAQs and knowledge base content to improve customer experience and efficiency. - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and solve product-related issues (over 250 internal tickets handled). - Working on key wireless technologies: BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, Matter. 🔹 Key skills: Embedded Systems • STM32 Ecosystem • Debugging & Validation • Wireless Protocols (BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, Matter) • Customer Support & Technical Communication This role has strengthened my expertise in embedded systems, wireless communication protocols, and customer success, while fueling my motivation to take on new technical challenges in embedded and IoT domains.

As part of my graduation project, I worked on the design and prototyping of innovative embedded solutions using STM32 Wireless MCUs. 🔹 Main contributions: - Developed a material tracking system across 3 ST Tunis buildings using RSSI and LoRa technology on STM32WL. - Integrated DWM1000 modules to add UWB localization capabilities. - Built a forest fire detection prototype based on STM32WL as part of STEM activities. 🔹 Key skills: LoRa • UWB • STM32WL • Embedded Systems • Wireless Communication This internship allowed me to strengthen my expertise in wireless communication protocols and apply my embedded systems knowledge to real-world industrial use cases, while gaining valuable teamwork and problem-solving experience.
