In the LIS UMR 7020 R&D department of Polytech Marseille : Creation of a graphical user interface (GUI) : ►The three algorithms were applied to a data base of CT scans. ►Design and develop a graphical user interface (GUI) in Matlab/Python. ►Test the different segmentation algorithms in Matlab and Python/Linux. ►Analysis of the performance of the segmentation methods/algorithms applied to the medical images. ►Optimise/modify the segmentation algorithms by varying different parameters. ►Integration of the functionalities to a graphical user interface (GUI). ►Technological environment (Matlab, Python/Linux).

In the Smart Grids department of EDF R&D Paris Saclay : ►Improvement and development of a simulation tool for emulating smart solar inverters on communication network. ►Analysis of the IEC 61850 standard extended and implemented across the whole power grid ►Cross-compilation of the open source software. ►IEC 61850 study and development/application to the tests of the simulation tool. ►Analysis of the existing simulation tool in relation with an international research institute Electric Power Research Institute (API, functionalities, etc.) ►Analyse and comprehend the IEC 61850 standard and its functionalities. ►Give a reporting on the tests of the simulation tool. ►Test and develop/modify the open source code and integrate it into the simulation tool. ►Provide assistance to developers by testing different open source codes. ►Software developement tester of the Smart Grids solar inverter application in collaboration with Electric power research institute. ►Provide the necessary documentation of the tool. ►Technological environment (Linux, C/C++, Qt, CMake, JSON).
