StateUp Performed comprehensive competitor analysis and developed a market entry strategy for a growth-stage startup. Identified the strengths and weaknesses of existing players, provided differentiation recommendations, and created an operational plan for effective market penetration. NHS (UK) Enhanced quality control through a digital solution, achieving a 30% reduction in process time. Implemented optimized and automated workflows, supported teams, and provided training to ensure adoption and sustainability of the solution.
