Following the acquisition of Bolloré Logistics by CEVA Logistics, I contributed to the Convergence project, which aimed to migrate Bolloré Logistics’ functionalities and customers to the MyCEVA digital platform. I worked in an agile and international environment. • Functional gap analysis: Identified the features to be added to MyCEVA to meet the specific needs of Bolloré Logistics’ clients. • Technical impact analysis: Assessed the technical impacts of each new feature on the MyCEVA architecture to ensure seamless integration and minimize risks to the platform. • Definition of the strategic roadmap: Defined key milestones for the evolution of MyCEVA to secure the redirection of workflows and the migration of Bolloré clients to the MyCEVA platform. • Business process automation: Designed a Decision Model and Notation (DMN) to automatically identify the departure and arrival ports for shipments, maximizing operational efficiency. • Gradual EDI deployment: Introduced Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to MyCEVA, accompanied by a communication strategy and progressive client onboarding to facilitate adoption.

Following the acquisition of CEVA Logistics by CMA CGM, I contributed to the development of key functional modules of the MyCEVA digital platform (booking, tracking, reporting, documents). I also worked on unifying data (ocean, air, road, customs, CO2) within the middleware, as well as on the overall application architecture. I operated in an agile and international environment. • Data and business process analysis: Identified user needs based on logs from the previous client platform. • Solution design: Designed the microservices platform and REST APIs to ensure alignment between developments and functional requirements, enhancing team efficiency. • Data integration and governance: Implemented ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and MDM (Master Data Management) to ensure data integrity and consistency in the data warehouse. • Technical and functional documentation: Created detailed functional specifications and user guides to support development and encourage user adoption. • Monitoring and validation: Oversaw development and conducted functional validations to ensure delivered solutions met quality standards. • Incident management: Analyzed functional/data bugs and identified root causes to implement corrective actions, improving system reliability. • Mentoring junior Business Analysts: Provided training and guidance to foster their development and ensure adherence to best practices.

Following the increase in IT expenses at Celio, I conducted a comprehensive performance assessment and developed an optimization plan aimed at reducing IT department costs by 20% by the end of 2025. • IT audit: Analyzed the structure, governance, and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Benchmarking and performance evaluation: Compared current systems with industry standards to assess efficiency and identify gaps. • Identification of optimization levers: Pinpointed key factors for cost reduction and improved IT performance. • Strategic roadmap: Defined an 18-month action plan with concrete initiatives and milestones to achieve cost-reduction targets. • Deliverable presentation to Celio’s IT department: Presented findings and recommendations, with adjustments to quantified levers during committee meetings.
