About me
Intro
I’m a Project Manager with over 5 years of experience managing digital and technical projects from concept through to delivery. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in research and scientific environments, coordinating multiple teams, managing stakeholders, and making sure projects move forward in a structured and organised way. I enjoy bringing clarity to complex projects, keeping teams aligned, and turning ideas into practical outcomes. In my role at UKRI / STFC, I support a range of digital and operational initiatives. This included leading the development of the User Dashboard Project, a web platform designed to improve how visiting scientists interact with multiple different systems and research facilities in general. My role involved coordinating developers and operational teams, managing timelines and documentation, running stakeholder meetings, and ensuring the project stayed aligned with user needs - both internal and external. I’m particularly interested in roles where projects have a meaningful impact, whether that’s improving systems, creating better user experiences, or delivering complex programmes that require collaboration across different teams. I enjoy working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and pride myself on being organised, approachable, and calm under pressure. I’m always keen to learn and continue developing my project management skills, particularly in environments where projects are ambitious, collaborative and make a genuine difference.
