Digital transformation: – General work: Help define R&D digital needs and support the design, scouting, testing and delivery of the digital transformation strategy (Talents, Processes and Data). – Continuous Tech Watch: - Artificial intelligence/ Machine Learning - VR/AR - Blockchain - Cloud computing - Etc., Computational Biology & Chemistry Program Lead: – Lead of the first computational chemistry project on skin permeation of actives (cross-Functional team). – Creation, implementation and follow up of external partnership for Innovation projects internally and externally. Eg. Partnership with the INRIA (French Institute for research in Computer science and automation), for the funding, development and co-supervision of a PhD candidate in Computational Biology – Development of mathematical and computational models of skin. Supervision of diverse projects, interns and PhD candidate. Topics including but not limited to: – Skin structure and Physiological state - Moisturization - Substance Penetration - Inflammation processes - Microbiome interactions

– Active member of the program in the region, leading the group: helped define its vision, strategy and execution plan.

– Organization and hosting of an internal TEDx Event with 5 speakers. – Coaching of speakers
