One day, I discovered almost by chance that you could become a professional jury just by showing your experience and passing an accreditation with the AFPA. And that's when I said to myself: bingo! Two direct advantages: I stay up to date with what's going on in development, and as a bonus, I get to meet promising young graduates - perfect for spotting tomorrow's talent. Oh, and by the way, I'm accredited for 2 RNCP Titres: Developer Web et Web Mobile (DWWM) and Concepteur Développeur d'Application (CDA).

When I stopped Yuwway, Mimoun got in touch with me. He's the co-founder of Stairling, a startup that lets drivers contribute their sales in exchange for pay slips (like a “portage salarial”). The startup is in the midst of an acceleration phase, and I'm helping them to structure the Product department by writing specifications and enriching the Backlog on Notion (KANBAN methodology).

I'm here to demystify tech, especially for those who are far removed from it. I train people in the tools we use every day in the tech world, such as Figma, Miro, Dropcontact or Waalaxy. The idea is to make all this concrete and accessible, so that they can use it independently. We also cover key concepts such as the basics of algorithms and programming, but without getting carried away. And with the no-code tools, they can actually create apps and automate tasks, all without typing a single line of code.

When I worked on IDCAB at SNCF Connect & Tech, I was in intrapreneur mode on this brilliant solution that enabled you to book a VTC at the same time as a TGV ticket. This project really gave me a taste for entrepreneurship. Starting from scratch and imagining how to improve the customer experience by combining different transport services was a revelation. It opened my eyes to what I really wanted to do next. And that's where Yuwway comes in! I launched this startup to simplify daily commuting. It's an app that compares transport options in real time, finds the best deals and lets you book in the blink of an eye. The aim? Make travel easier and less expensive, and offer a fluid, personalized user experience. We put a lot of emphasis on ergonomics to make everything simple and efficient. At Yuwway, my associates and I took on the product vision from A to Z. I managed the back-end to ensure a solid architecture, and collaborated with the dev, design and marketing teams to ensure impeccable integration. I scrutinized KPIs, took user feedback into account and established partnerships to enrich our transport offerings. All to provide users with a headache-free experience. 🚀

Great news! 🎉 After 7 years with Viseo, I'm moving to the other side and joining eVoyageur Technologie, (which will become SNCF Connect & Tech). I was offered an internal position, and I jumped at the chance! Gone is the ESN era, hello to a new adventure full of challenges! I'm in charge of the Run and Build of Distribution applications )with a cross-functional team of 30 people). We're talking about projects like Thalys.com, Izy.com, Agences RAVEL, Monforfaitannuel and Forfaithebdomensuel. I'm also continuing to develop “SNCF IDCAB”: - Build part: Project coordination (with a remote team of 10 people in Nantes, Lille) - Run part: Operational steering, management of functional problems, performance, availability, safety and continuous improvement - Management: Monitoring of quality, deadlines, deliverables, tasks and invoicing - Agility: Implementing agile practices despite the challenges of the eVTech context 🚅 A new era begins, full of challenges and opportunities! 💪

New BU, new projects, and here I am, catapulted into the role of Functional Reference for the Distribution BU! 💼 Always in my element, I bring my expertise to bear on the payment brick and the management of financial and accounting flows. It's child's play... or almost. Portail Entreprise : - BtoB solution to manage train reservations for businesses - Gathering requirements? Check. Formalize it all? Double check! - Writing specs for each new version Mon Nouveau Forfait Intercité: - Design of a multiple booking module for Intercité packages with mandatory reservations - Design of the payment brick and financial/accounting flows (in distributed architecture mode, of course!) - Team management, from devs to operations, to keep everything running smoothly. Thalys Mobile: - Development for Thalys.com on mobile and mobile web, Germany and France 🇩🇪🇫🇷 - Functional architect for the Thalys Mobile service brick (always in distributed mode, of course!) - Support for Thalys teams on GUI and business bricks (we run workshops, model processes... the whole package!). More projects that give me a real boost in the rail world!

In the middle of a mission at PSA, Voyages-sncf.com (soon to be Oui.sncf) winks at me. Impossible to resist! 🎯 Here I am again, this time as a Functional Referent at BU Services, with my little honed expertise in rail distribution. “Luggage at Home” project: - Implementation of a new payment brick - Design of distributed architecture for financial and accounting flows - Writing detailed specs with UML, because why make it simple? Auto Train project: - Development of the mobile version of the Auto Train offer - Support for business units to refine their needs and make them concrete - Drafting of specs and mock-up of target HMIs, in designer mode SNCF IDCAB” project: - Launch of a brand new service with a dedicated IS brick - Facilitate workshops to capture needs, write specs, and get teams excited - Design of a functional architecture... once again well distributed Junior & Cie” project: - Support service for children, because we take care of the next gen! - Securing the transport plan with automatic loading of a flat file In short, back on track with projects that just won't stop rolling!

After two years of loyal service, I felt the need to explore new horizons. And while I'm at it, I'll stick with mobility! 🚗💨 So here I am at PSA, joining the “ELISE” project: an overhaul of distribution functions upstream of the direct sales process, for the dealer fleet management department. Bonus mission? Reinforce the team's agile practices. A new challenge at the crossroads of tech and agility, just the way I like them! 💼💡

Freshly back on my feet, I'm off again on a new mission full of challenges! 💥 This time, I'm heading for the Voyages-sncf.com cross sell page (at the time). The goal? To optimize performance and boost customer baskets. 🎯 My job? Understand the needs of the marketing teams, draw up functional and technical specs for the devs, and guide them from A to Z. Then I joined the WDI teams, just as Scrum was coming in. And that's when it all hit home! 🙌 I was trained in Scrum and Test-Driven Requirements. With the Agile coach, we lay the foundations: team organization, user story writing, definition of Done, acceptance testing, continuous delivery and test automation. Result: four Scrum teams and one Scrum from Scrum. The result? Smooth, fast, concrete! 🚂💪

After a transitional assignment between development and design at Viseo, I finally landed on my dream assignment! 🎯 I'm diving headfirst into the formalization of user requirements, Use Cases, business models and processes with the CAM team (Coordination et Assistance à Maîtrise d'ouvrage). It's exactly what I've been looking for! 💼 But life decided to play a trick on me: a fall from a snowboard left me with a messed-up shoulder and an operation on the horizon. The result? Three months of forced immobility at home. 🤕🏔️ Not exactly the ideal scenario, but we're keeping a smile on our faces and building up our strength for what's to come! 💪

After 2.5 years typing code at Axa, I'm hot to trot off on a new adventure! 🚀 It's time to put into practice everything I ingurgitated during my SIC Master's degree, especially in terms of business design and modeling (Merise, UML). So I'm off to work for Viseo, an ESN that's allowing me to dive into an exciting project: creating a BtoB portal for Fnac. On the menu? Order management, shipping notices, invoices and database design. In short, it's all about getting the neurons firing and meeting challenges that are up to the task! 💡🛠️

With my diploma in hand and after 3 years of work-study, I thought I'd land my first job. Except that after 6 months of unemployment, reality called me back to order. 🤦♂️ But this free time was a blessing in disguise. I discovered APEC and immersed myself in their job search training. The result? I learned the intricacies of the visible, gray and virtual job market, optimized my CV and cover letter, and worked hard to shine in interviews. 💪 After all that hard work, I finally joined Axa France Service. A great revenge and an excellent start to my career! 🚀 I became an ASP.net developer on the NAE IS, where I handle everything to do with insurance quotes, projects and contracts for companies in the P&C business. A real immersion in the business!

Here I am, juggling Java code on Dollars Universe, the tool that runs batch processing. Solid stuff! 💻 But, surprise, I've been given another mission (because why keep it simple, right?): to optimize knowledge transfer within the company. The problem? The sales force is at a loss when it comes to new product features. The result: under-selling, empty promises, and subsidiaries lagging behind technologically. In short, it's a direct hit to the company's bottom line and image. So I got out my microphone (in a manner of speaking 😉 ), conducted a series of interviews and mapped the flow of communications, both formal and informal. The aim? To streamline exchanges and improve the flow of information between teams. In the end, this enabled us to get a better grasp of internal dynamics and pinpoint the points where we could really get things moving. The result? I suggested centralizing product information and distributing it efficiently to the sales force. Fewer errors, greater efficiency. Basically, it was a great opportunity to prove that even in the midst of technological change, communication remains the key 🔑.

My very first real experience in a company was in a work-study program. Well, technically not exactly my first, because before that I'd already spent a few summers working in a factory with my father. But this was different: immersing myself in a professional environment, juggling studies and work, while learning on the job. A real change of pace, and above all, a first step towards what was to become my professional world. It was also my first time coding in a professional environment, in ASP .Net. I quickly understood that I had to adapt, adopt the codes of the workplace, and above all learn to react quickly. During those two years, I developed and maintained the company's Intranet and Extranet portal, and set up an EDM (Electronic Document Management) system. All this while remaining available for user support, because yes, in a small team, you get to do everything!
