Wynd is a SaaS company specialized in omnichannel order management and processing platform. During my four years there, I worked as a Product Designer within the Cash-In team, responsible for designing a Point of Sale (POS) platform used by major clients such as Decathlon, Carrefour, and Sodexo. This solution enables store and restaurant staff to efficiently manage orders and payments, while seamlessly integrating with Wynd’s broader ecosystem, including omnichannel fulfillment, payment, and loyalty programs. Challenges: The main challenge was to design a POS system that was: -Simple, fluid, and adaptable to different contexts -Compatible across multiple devices (desktop, tablets, mobile) -Consistent through the Design System while meeting each client’s unique needs -Scalable for large international deployments My Role: As a Product Designer, I managed the full design cycle — from discovery to delivery: -User research & shadowing (cashier interviews and field observations) -Ideation workshops with product and development teams -Wireframes & prototypes for key user flows (payment, refund, loyalty integration) -User testing to validate simplicity and speed -Design System contribution to ensure coherence and scalability -Handoff & follow-up with developers to maintain implementation quality
