Program Manager for a Global banking platform integration, I am leading the project team to replace the core legacy banking system with a new solution. In this role I am responsible for planning,budget, coordinate and track the whole project execution end to end, according to the clients SDLC and project management policies. Interact with the business users and gather requirements, elaborate RFPs and RFCs is also part of my role. Manage the end to end project implementation of the trading platform ULLINK, execute testing with the local stock exchange. Coordinate and test the cluster setup with the engineering team, create the support documentation

In this assignment I was responsible for the Data Centre move in Medellin. Key activities were to upgrade the Data Centre standard to meet Tier2 specifications. Plan the data centre move to minimize buisness impact, coordinate and control engineering activities and providers.

Manage and coordinate the IT infrastructure projects in the whole EMEA region.Office moves, network installations, business integrations Responsible for the project lifecycle end to end activities, Windows 7 roll out and MS Office upgrade. Coordinate the IT tasks for country integrations into the finance shared service center. Software asset management for EMEA.
