Responsible for end-to-end customer journey optimization across digital channels, I mapped customer journeys and service blueprints, designed new solutions to improve customer experience, conducted cross-departmental workshops and user tests to validate new and improved concepts (fintech industry). - Redesigning the client portal’s interface and functionalities. - Inventory & design of new automatic notifications based on stakeholder journey opportunities (B2B, B2C & B2M). - Designing & evangelising new client happy flows.

As an HR Transformation consultant at Deloitte, I took part in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects for clients in the automotive and retail industries, as well as the public sector. My tasks and responsibilities included: - Data migration of legacy system data to Employee Central. - Maintaining the architecture and directly handling change requests. - Designing the new homepage based on client's demands while respecting SAP limitations. - Accompanying my clients during the change to the new HRIS by creating extensive user documentation and videos. - Presentation of Employee Central features to clients. - Facilitation and management of workshops and training sessions. - Helped to create complex roles and permissions setups.

As an Human Capital management intern at delaware, I was attached to the Intelligent Workforce team which implements HR solutions for clients in Belgium. The client was a company of the public sector. Some of my tasks included: - Configuration of SAP SuccessFactors in order to meet the client’s needs. - Setting up meetings and workshops with the client. - Worked on the functional elaboration of an interface between SuccessFactors and a legacy payroll system. - Accompanying the client during the testing phase. - Elaboration of test scenarios. - Using Excel to compare the data from SuccessFactors and the legacy payroll system in order to create an efficient interface between the two systems. Additionally, I researched the Human Capital possibilities and HR solutions that Salesforce could offer.

I supported the recruitment team at Accenture for IES requisitions. Some of my tasks included: - Screening candidates; - Conducting interviews; - Preparing salary simulations and business cases; - Participating in various HR projects. Every day use of Microsoft Office and Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams and databases.

This was a job I took in order to finance my studies. At Neuhaus, I was responsible for sales and maintenance of the shop. I learned all of the product line by heart, as well as the social tools required in sales, particularly in the selling of a luxurious product. Working in the heart of Europe, I was in constant interaction with an international clientele. I balanced this job with my studies and social life, often working 12-hour shifts on my own (9am-9pm).
