Intro

I help senior commercial leaders make decisions they can stand behind. Sometimes that means rebuilding the reporting or process they've stopped trusting and just as often it means challenging how a territory is carved up, defining what success should even look like for a new partnership, or telling Legal that "complex deals are different" isn't a workable rule. A pattern shows up in most of my best work: a team is making decisions on data it doesn't fully believe, or running a process built for a smaller version of the company. I come in, find where the trust broke, and rebuild around how the business works now. But the work rarely stops at the system. The harder and more interesting part is usually human: getting four functions to agree, helping a sales leader see what the data is saying about their own org, or framing the leading and lagging indicators that tell everyone whether a new go-to-market bet is actually working. That range is the point. I'm as comfortable building a model in SQL or Power BI as I am in the room where leadership decides what to do with it and across a decade at Anaplan, Dassault Systèmes, Vectra AI and Akeneo (and earlier, large-scale field operations at Philip Morris and DHL in Pakistan), I've learned the second part matters more than the first.
