• Coordinated and facilitated Kubernetes incidents on RKE2, the distribution underpinning Cloudera's data platform. • Built LLM-powered automation on a local, self-hosted platform (prompt design, API-key/auth management) to protect partner and customer data confidentiality, generating tailored partner newsletters on skills gaps, environment risk and EOL exposure. • Applied the same security-conscious architecture to reporting automation using Google APIs (Sheets, Jira, Salesforce) for churn-risk evaluation. • Owned weekend and out-of-hours critical escalation management for the Amdocs partner relationship. • Self-taught Hadoop, data engineering and data-pipeline fundamentals to operate credibly across a data-platform environment.

• Founded an AI-driven concept matching businesses with vetted channel partners on sales, marketing, technical and financial fit, validated through a lean canvas, market sizing, competitor analysis and customer discovery. • Built and deployed a full-stack working prototype (Django 5, Python, PostgreSQL, Bootstrap 5, JS), with 318 commits managed via Agile/Kanban, including containerising the app as a Docker image and running it on a self-built K3s/RKE2 Kubernetes cluster with a local container registry, before deploying live on Heroku. • Accepted onto New Frontiers Phase 1 (Rubicon/CIT); positive customer-discovery feedback from senior managers at Accenture.

• Owned complex, multi-stakeholder OEM partnership sales cycles into C-level executives at high-growth partner organisations. • Identified and escalated a capability overlap between Jitterbit's iPaaS platform and BMC's Control-M product, a portfolio-level technical diagnosis rather than a relationship-management issue. • Developed an Incident & Event Security Management (IESM) use case and a security/automation playbook focused on defending existing partner revenue. • Mobilised the pre-sales leadership team to run co-selling programmes, including BMC Helix Days and BMC Tech Days webinars, across Spain.

• Delivered infrastructure migration, virtualisation and technical support engagements for enterprise and public sector clients including Sanofi-Pasteur, Geodis, Lidl France, the Council of Europe and the Alsace Regional Council. • Led Windows Server and Active Directory migrations, VMware ESXi platform builds and upgrades, and ITSM tooling deployments (CA Unicenter Service Desk, GLPI) aligned to ITIL v3.
