Introduction
I am very motivated to move forward, to enlarge my knowledge where the technique is more advanced and accessible, what allowed me to obtain the Master's thesis at the Center for Molecular Biology of the University of Heidelberg (ZMBH), concerning algorithm development for cell isolation based on high-throughput fluorescence microscopy. We developed algorithms and user interface for controlling a microscope and a system laser, modification of existing algorithms for the segmentation and the co-localization of cells, analyzes for the automated classification of cells during the imaging. Now i am able to work in a team, and individually to start and succeed in a research project. Currently Working at EMBL on developing software for BIOSASX experiment
