• Management of a 5 designers team in France & NORAM • Hiring designers with various skill sets (UI, UX, Graphic Design) • Setting up processes and tools for daily management of the design team • Work in close collaboration with the Product Design team to improve the LumApps solution according to customer needs → active contribution to build the LumApps design system → constant updating of customers uses cases → developing specific component to meet customers requirements • Working with professional services partners to help them deploy LumApps solution • Deployment of the LumApps product in EMEA, NORAM & APAC

• Creation, implementation and continuous improvement of a User Centric deployment methodology for LumApps customers • Internal process industrialization to reduce the designer's workload during deployment → creation of a design components library for wireframes & mockups → creation wireframe templates for recurring customers needs • Deployment of the LumApps product in EMEA, NORAM & APAC

• Deployment of the LumApps product for +80 international customers → User Centric Workshops based on Design Sprint Methodology & DREAM Methodology → Establishing the information architecture & sitemap → Wireframing of the intranet solution → Graphical Mockups based on wireframes → In-Product deployment and CSS implementation of the validated design • Creation of design training courses about how to use the LumApps Product to implement the best design possible and maintaining them following the evolution of the LumApps solution • Organization and animation of training sessions with international partners and customers • UX Workshops, Mockups, Design PoC and implementation during sales cycles for international prospects
