I am in charge of developing the start-up from a financial & legal point of view: managing the budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reporting, implementing strategies to mitigate operational risks, ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Consultant for innovative technological companies. Sectors: energy & battery, medical devices, transportation. Established financial & cash roadmaps to obtain dilutive & non dilutive consulting. Conceived development strategies & business plans, Conceived experimental roadmap to satisfy regulations (in particular: clinical studies), Conceived lobbying and media strategy for innovative companies.

Established the financial roadmap & conceived the business plan of the start-up to convince investors. Developed an R&D center and experimental strategy for the design of innovative propellers. Established a partnership with a certifier and shipowner to obtain a business case for the penetration of the market.

Managed the financial and cash position of the AFITF - French Agency for Transportation Infrastructure Funding (budget 2 bn€). Negotiated with French Central Governments (Ministry of Transports, Ministry of Budget) and Transportation authorities for the implementation of funding agreements. Prepared the meetings of the Agency's Advisory board. Developed the communication of the Agency's Chairman to the Parliament, in the media and towards stakeholders.
