Coming back on Fluid Design System to implement the strategy we proposed at the end of 2021 👌 🙋 A whole lot of community engagement and user feedback (putting people first) ⚙️ Some process automation & value tracking 🤝 and bonding with peers from other similar companies We ended the year with the support of the biggest sponsor we could have in the company, unlocking the deployment in ENGIE as a whole 🎉

Working with @Maxime BREYNAT as a growth duo on this one: Fluid is a really interesting product, developed in all the best ways a software can be developed. It's actually: - a Figma library for designers - 3 code libraries for developers It helps designers and developers save an enormous amount of time developing websites and apps: components like buttons, links, cards are available & ready to use (and already compliant to the ENGIE brand) so they can focus on more interesting tasks than tweaking how round a button should be... ⮕ At the end of Q4 2021, we had: 🚀 grown the community tremendously (+250% people gathered in the Teams) 🤝 built a stronger connection between the team and Fluiders (users of Fluid) through regular "Fluiders Circle", moments when they can express themselves freely, discover the lastest features and contribute to the roadmap 💎 started working on how you can showcase the value of a free, innersource project (really not easy to do)

When Sophie hired me in 2020, BeeWe was a marketplace for industrial equipment inside ENGIE. The goal of my mission was to grow this platform. How? A priori not enough people knew about BeeWe 📊 as usual, I started with a thorough analysis (AAARRR funnel, growth parameters, analytics tools) 🧑💻 then spent a bit of time on cleaning / adding to the existing analytics stack (Google Analytics, Hotjar with Tag Manager) 🔄 worked on a few processes that, as the team and the product grew, demanded optimization (testing emails with email templates) 🧑💼 turned myself into a salesperson for a while to test the whole selling process, and tried to sell a turbine 🎙 launched regular webinars to ensure we stayed in touch with users to develop something relevant for them 💎 worked on the products catalog quality: how to measure your data is clean enough? And then how to use this quality to ensure product-led growth? (a lot of Excel on huge tables here) 📈 created dashboards that would help the team with decision-making (Google Data Studio & AWS Quicksight) 🤖 automatised jobs and processes to reduce manual, repetitive tasks and therefore gain time (with Power Automate) & probably a few other things that came along and needed to be taken care of. But most of all, I discovered some amazing people to work with ❤️ -> https://beewe.digital.engie.com

ENGIE Digital asked for my help to launch a program to deploy User Analytics in all the software teams across the company. The goal of this mission was to exchange with each team to 📥 gather their needs in the matter ✍️ evaluate their maturity, analytics-wise 🤝 explain the value of User Analytics ⚙️ help them setup basic tools (GTM, GA, Hotjar) if needed 🗓️ provide them with personalised recommandations ⮕ I loved this mission, as it took me through the very different contexts in which ENGIE Digital's software teams each work, and gave me a chance to apply my analytics skills to each specific context 👌 Plus I got to organise a webinar for all ENGIE Digital on GA4 and had really good feedback from the attendees 🥰

"Let's not reinvent the wheel" is the reason why I go to work every day. At ENGIE Digital, we developed a website called Digiplace for every ENGIE employee around the world with a need for a digital solution. The website gives them access projects and tools developed inside ENGIE: this way, we don't start from scratch over and over again in every region of the globe. We also launched "Tribes" which are a commonplace for these employees who want to learn from each other, and save time creating solutions. So what do I do in all this? Between Growth Marketing and Product Management, I make sure that as many ENGIE employees as possible have access to Digiplace and the Tribes, that what we develop evolves in the way that is always relevant for them, and that this growth is sustainable.

Continuing on my master's thesis about community engineering, ENGIE Digital decided to develop the Performance Management on its digital tribes project, and put me in charge to define a strategy and put it in place. In relations to this mission, I have been charged to increase the user-centricity of the internal platform Digiplace (the feedbacks from users help construct the performance measurements).
