Designed and deployed a GenAI agent, streamlining the analysis of client intranet interactions and enhancing operational efficiency. Engineered end-to-end data pipelines and dashboards (Python, DBT, BigQuery, Looker Studio), optimizing CX metric responsiveness and availability. Drove data-driven improvements by analyzing chatbot effectiveness and billing claims, identifying key areas for process optimization. Built an NLP pipeline using GenAI and BERTopic, improving ticket classification accuracy from 70% to 90% and reducing manual processing time. Developed a Streamlit tool to enrich structured data with AI-generated fields, automating data augmentation for business users.

Integrated GenAI models into the CX data team’s CI/CD pipeline (GitHub, Jenkins), automating deployments and ensuring robust model management. Designed and implemented an MLOps dashboard to monitor and control key metrics, enhancing model transparency and reliability.

Lead data analysis projects that impacted on the improvement of the internal operational KPIs. Adressed challenges as stockout management, fraud detections, fleet configuration, improve lead times. A fraud pattern was found through data analysis on the hour consumption and payment variables made in SQL and data visualization tools, which improved the security of the global company's fraud system. Developed an streamline information flow for operational, leaders, team members and partners by automating several reports in different tools as power bi, looker studio, redash and google drive. Which contributed to an accurate and efficient communication to all the stakeholders. Ensured for a lean management of dashboards, queries and KPI reports for understanding the real-time operations for the operational areas of Perú- Ecuador & Chile.

Collaboration in risk management projects, data analytics and technology tools implementation for finance enterprises in Perú, Spain and Colombia: • Automation of the accountability process D+6: Analysis and elaboration of the use cases for the accountability processes and web development of module ‘D+6 reporting’. This project help to cease the current tactical processes that the user have. • Automation of the accountability process IFRS9: Analysis and elaboration of the use cases for the accountability processes and web development of module ‘IFRS9 reporting’. This project achieved to reduce the lead time of the calculation process from 5 hours to half an hour. • Improvement on the Local Regulatory Equity tool: Functional and technical proposal to improve the processes of the tool to calculate the RWA by Basilea III framework. The solution helped to improve the accuracy of the SAS tool by 80%. • Implementation of a Stress Test Tool: Help in the elaboration of the As Is - To be analysis of the stress test process. Along with it, it was developed the integration proposal of the Stress Test VBA tool with the defined requirements by the client. • Validation of Regulatory Report Anejo9 /IFRS9: Validation that the migration of the financial reporting from a Anejo9 policy to an IFRS9 policy held correctly in the internal tool. • Implementation of a Customer Life Value (CLV) Tool: Programmed several modules of the CLV tool in SQL language.

Participation in the projects of integration of the platform with the client’s systems. By gathering information about the requisites of the clients, manage the internal tasks and guidelines of the different phases of the project as UX, functional analysis and technical development.
