I am in charge of the Group's Financials, Reporting & Restructuring operations: - I have set up an internal reporting schedule of Operations & Financial KPIs; - I participate in the reorganization of the BERKEM Group's structure from the legal, HR, organizational & financial perspective (allocation of operational & financial resources to separate legal entities) in order to shape up the Group's visibility & procure all financial & operational resources to each of the different business units.

I acted as Interim Finance Manager for the french subsidiary (TO: 57M€, HC: 220) of this US listed company (2004 - TO: 700MUSD). My mission was fourfold : - Review of the entire SAP processes, organization ; - Implementation of Sarbanes Oxley ; - As a member of the Management Board, I was responsible for Cashflow management, Management KPI's, Financials' Reporting... - HR management downsizing of the Fin Admin staff (10% of the overall HC).

Project Manager: ‘Carve-out’ of the Division to a new legal entity: • Management of a financial and accounting staff of 6 ; • Dealt with all the legal, fiscal and social issues and specificities of the operation in a multi dimensional environment (french subsidiary of dutch Holdings).

Distribution subsidiary of a US group specialised in manufacturing metrology, nuclear and aerospace equipment: • Financial Control Setting up of the company’s reporting schedules and MIS ; Definition and preparation of the budget together with the management and commercial teams; Weekly follow up of the turnover and cash position; US GAAP monthly closures with a full reporting and business analysis within a 3 days interval ; • Accounting Supervision of the accounting team and overall responsibility for compliance to the French fiscal and accounting regulations ; • IT Management Overall responsibility for the hardware, software and systems (UNIX/Win95) ; Project management: - ISO 9002 Certification ; Y2K and Euro Compliance ; Integration of the company into the group MIS, Communications systems.
