Data Governance Strategy and Operations Responsible for the development of Global Data SAP S/4HANA Governance strategy, goals and roadmap for the Finance scope in S/4HANA and related systems Strategic leadership of design and implementation of Global Data Governance Framework which supports the overall strategy and embraces the next Batch related to Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Secure effective and transparent capture, prioritization and execution of stakeholder needs, including the 24 countries where regional entities DIOR are present. Strategic leadership and overall ownership of SAP S/4HANA Data Governance forums, and coordination across 3 Partners : Accenture, OXYA, SNP Oversight of, and active leadership based on, reporting on performance of data governance processes, standards, quality and compliance. Data Policy, Compliance and risk management Assure SAP S/4HANA Data governance remains aligned with DIOR global Data policies. Responsible for devising strategies in order to raise data policy compliance levels within the business. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the SAP team, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and growth. * Develop and implement a roadmap for SAP transformation, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives and ensuring seamless integration. * Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards. * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into effective SAP solutions. * Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, optimizing SAP processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience. * Stay up-to-date with emerging SAP technologies, trends, and industry developments, providing recommendations for innovative solutions and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Consulting lead Business Development leading to creation of Leads, Opportunities that could potentially turn-out to be Large ERP Cloud Transformations. Understand, analyze Customer’s Business Problems and advise them on possible Technology Solutions on modern Cloud ERP applications. Lead and engage in ERP Cloud Discovery exercise and Assessments, perform product assessments and defining Cloud Strategy and Roadmap. Build new, strategic Offerings jointly with partners and NTT DATA ERP practices and working on GTM strategies and execution. Keep abreast of technology advances and assist in the formulation of an ERP road map to ensure systems are kept in an advanced state and the business is aware of potential advances. Build and Lead Solution response to Large, multi-pillar ERP Cloud Deals across multiple product suites and leading customer presentations. Engage early with key customers for potential Cloud Transformations, provide point of views and ability to anchor product agnostic discussions. Drive Go-To-Market Strategies by closely working with Partners and NTT Data Sales executives. Working closely with Offshore Consultants to deliver high-impact Discovery / Art of the possible initiatives and help building the Case for Change for modern ERP Cloud Transformation programs.

Define and follow up Service Level Agreements (SLA) with respect to the requirements of the customers. · Ensure the availability of the application and the continuity of the support services · Coordinate internally Publicis COEs USA, Europe, Australia and India: the contribution of different service lines to the final service of the application (middleware, Finance team, Datacenter, …) · Define and manage the budget of the SAP application · Manage the purchasing of licenses and external service needed for your service of the application · Manage the quality of your service and report on it in monthly service reporting to the customer and the Engie IT management · Initiate actions in order to improve continuously my service · Manage the monthly releases of customer application and ensure projects go live without disturbing the service of the application · Ensure the incident management performance meets the SLA · Keep an overview of the overall solution of customer SAP application relying on the SAP functional Domain Leads you will have at your disposal · Ensure being the entry point for all infrastructure matters of customer application · Ensure to be Income compliant for the full scope of customerSAP application
