This DMAIC project was about reducing the water consumption in the Ice cream production area by reinforcing good practices of operators. - Implementation of daily meeting in order to improve the goal alignment; key performance indicator improvement; optimization of the inter departmental communication; etc. in order to have the best possible efficiencies with the available means.

-Studying the heat pumps electricity consumption to understand why there were some failures in their measures in order to apply some solutions.
