Overhaul of an old energy management ERP for the Morbihan's department. Morbihan Énergies is a public institution born in 1965 from the merger of multiple intermunicipal unions that were formed over the years to build the first rural electrification lines. As a privileged partner of Morbihan's elected officials, it responds to requests for assistance and advice and intervenes daily in the departmental territory. As the Lead Tech of the project, I am responsible for rethinking and designing the complete architecture of the new ERP, considering the clients' needs, technical requirements, and the various services present in the overall ecosystem. My aim is to maintain a high level of excellence about the quality, performance, and security of the application. Additionally, I regularly address conception needs to ensure a robust and continuously adaptable architecture. In my role, I am also accountable for the construction and coherence of the application within the global infrastructure, as well as ensuring compliance with conventions and best development practices. I also mentor the developers on the team, helping them improve their skills and understand software development concepts, aiming to make the team as autonomous, functional, and efficient as possible. I have established a robust and efficient testing ecosystem to ensure the smooth operation of our software suite and minimize any regressions. I also build a Continuous Integration system based on Gitlab CI and Docker. Furthermore, I serve as the Scrum Master of the team, guiding my colleagues and the organization in its Agile transformation. SCANBLOG is a French market intelligence company specialized in Social Media Monitoring since 2005. We help brands to understand, protect and enhance their online reputation, supplying conversation tracking & response services. My job is to update and improve an existing monitoring Web Application. I had to keep it and add some functionalities to make it more complete. I also worked with Twitter API to build some applications and finally a reusable CMS tracking this social media and doing stats about conferences, events, ... I also built some Facebook applications.
