Developed informatics solutions dedicated to IVD instruments, lab automation and Clinical lab workflows (WorkFlow Manager). Adapted offering to market needs by converting local/single tenant/license-based product into Cloud/Saas/DevSecOps model offering 99.9% uptime and quick release turnaround. Optimized development costs (5% YoY) by expanding R&D capability in low-cost countries (opening of an Indian based development center which became a 600+ people org). Used extensively Change Management and Talent Management to successfully develop a multi-cultural 100+ people R&D organization fully engaged over 3 locations (EU, USA, India). Converted teams to continuous improvement thinking and its daily implementation, and successfully managed transition from V Model to Scrum / Agile reducing time to market and increasing product quality. Implemented ISO27001certification and specific local regulations such as DoD/US or HDS/FR for market expansion.

Developed Medical solutions associated business in a global market (partner management). Creation of a Canadian based company (Bioleen Group) for distribution of French Medical Solution (Kalilab and Kalisil from Netika). Deeply involved in M&A activities leading to company acquisition.

In addition to R&D lead responsibilities, defined and implemented architecture and technical strategy serving various partners in the diagnostic laboratories domain (Stago, Biomerieux, Horiba ABX, Arkray, Luminex, etc …). Managed closely the long journey to agility driving products success.

Leaded the R&D organization. Implemented Quality process (leading to ISO13485 certification) required for global distribution of medical solutions (IVD industry). Setup Pre sales, tech support and post sales organization.

Leaded an R&D team dedicated to design and develop medical solutions related to diagnostics laboratories and other organizations (Norauto, Micros, Agence du medicament, …). Promoted our Medical solutions for our premium partner including implementing trainings and setting up tech support activities (4 month/year over 2 years in USA).

Designed, developed and promoted software solutions (incl. installation, support, training and troubleshooting) for administrations, associations, banks, hospitals and diagnostics laboratories.
