Scope: $3bn spend, 12 plants. • Defined operating protocol for category managers, business partners and site leads. • Implemented a PO automation program for direct material which increased efficiency and decrease Turn-Around-Time by 50%.

Global Process Owner for contract lifecycle management with 1 direct report. • Standardised the procurement contracting process across 6 divisions. • Designed and rolled out globally SAP Contract Lifecycle solution which provided an improved contract visibility and a resolution for compliance issues.
