Led end-to-end design process focused on scaling B2B2C experiences. ✦ Design end to end flows and interfaces with precision for a B2B Dashboard for tracking and managing student data. Led discovery sessions with stakeholders, mapping personas, customer jobs, and user flows, prioritizing business and user needs, then designed and tested a UI-prototype through user interviews. ✦ Optimized B2C onboarding for faster activation by conducting user research and discovery to identify customer needs. Collaborating closely with 3PMs, 10+ engineers, Marketing and SEO. ✦ Designed a warehouse management Android app from the ground up, ready for dev handoff. I ran cross- team workshops, built a mobile and desktop clickable prototype, oversaw front-end deployment, and conducted A/B tests. ✦ Launched a new brand identity, built out a full design system.
