As a lead developer, I supervise a team of 4 developers working with 3 Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for several clients such as Vyv Avantages, MGEN, Allianz, Arcelor Mittal, Yara, Asturienne, Ingram, BNP Paribas, Vinci and Valrhona. I decide which future functionalities will be implemented for clients and work closely with the CSMs to understand their clients' needs. I also communicate directly with clients to oversee critical operations and ensure their success. I assist developers and develop cross-functionalities. I check code quality and handle technical calls. I set up tools such as xdebug and breakpoints to speed up bug resolution. I write technical stories after discussing with concerned developers. I define a long-term technical strategy for standardization, maintainability, and scalability of our product. I work closely with the COO and the CTO and meet them with the head of the department once a week to update them on the work we have done for each client. As a Scrum Master, I lead all the Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective. I also ensure that our tools meet our needs. I connect people who need to work together according to their skills and needs at the time.

Evolution and maintenance of the replay webservices in Symfony2.8/native PHP. Participation in the refactoring and architecture of legacy code (native PHP) into Symfony3/4 microservices. This new architecture, in which I actively participated, was resilient, capable of supporting high traffic (1.7 million calls per day, 5000 videos per week, i.e. 700 videos/day = 150 hours/day = 215 GB/day), asynchronous, and based on APIs whose data was stored in MongoDB (several million data). Error monitoring was managed by Newrelic, and logs allowed for historical tracking in Kibana and in the database. Data was cached using Varnish and Akamai, and an event-driven purge allowed for obtaining real-time data. Continuous integration was ensured by Jenkins and GitLab-CI via unit and functional tests to prevent any regression.
