In my dual role as Product Designer and Product Owner, I am leading the design and development of a real-time bus monitoring system for efficient dispatching. I drive the entire product lifecycle, from research and design to user testing and iterative improvements. A key focus of my role is the revival of the backlog—clearing, restructuring, and refining existing tasks to ensure optimal alignment with business objectives. I work closely with stakeholders to clarify business scopes and ensure strategic alignment, aiming to enhance the delivery process and improve product quality. By balancing both user experience and business needs, I ensure the team delivers a highly functional, user-centered solution that meets both operational and strategic goals.

Currently working with LeTec Belgium on an exciting project in the embedded systems team. I'm leading the revamp of the driver helper system, the real-time monitoring for better grid management and software to manage fleet decarbonation. Also, I'm all about making sure our software vibes well across the whole organization, evangelizing user-centricity & agile methodology.
