Context: The PAUK team appreciated the quality of my work during my last assignment with them, so they asked me to become Product Owner on their project. I managed and organized all the agile ceremonies. I collected and translated business and user requirements. On top of that, I had to train newcomers to the team and pilot the team. Responsibilities / tasks : 1. Manage the team using the SCRUM methodology - Set up agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily meetings) - Establish an agile culture within the team - Training newcomers 2. Business requirements gathering: - Translation of business requirements - Writing and publishing user stories on JIRA - Backlog management 3.Lead web developer: - Development of key application functionalities - Regular updates with the UI/UX designer on how to implement her mock-ups - Validation of other developers' tasks on GIT

Context: Following a request from a new customer (Airbus 1YCIS) and knowing how to manage nosql databases, I was able to impose myself and take the lead in migrating a tool that used an sql database to a nosql database. Subsequently, I was accepted into the research department in the PAUK team from April 2023 to August 2023 to contribute to the development of their web application. Responsibilities / tasks: 1. SCRUM agile project management - Translation and writing of user stories on JIRA - Backlog management - Team training - Organization of agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review, Weekly meetings, Daily meetings) 2. Software developer - Neo4j database management - Backend architecture re-design - UI (User Interface) re-design - Data validation and verification tool migration

As part of an apprenticeship, I joined the IYYET (Electronics and Tools) department, more specifically the IT support team in the aircraft electronic board production workshop, to facilitate and automate their process. Having proved myself, I quickly rose in responsibility which strengthened my position on the professional life I wanted and so I moved into project management. Responsibilities / tasks: 1. Project management of program versioning tools - Set key milestones for project tracking and application deployment - Set up weekly reviews with the development team based in India - Implementation of a GANTT chart - Set up regular meetings with users to gather their requirements and test the application - Team supervision 2. User training 3. Production data flow management - Database management for the various production workshop resources - Creation of scripts to make data produced by workshop resources available to the digitization team - Verification of the quality of the data made available - Automate the data delivery process - Creation of a script to alert the IT team if one or more physical disks on the workshop resources reach saturation point.
