As an HR and training consultant, I transform the corporate cultures of multicultural companies by designing innovative, pragmatic solutions to common talent acquisition and management problems. Specifically, I help companies improve business outcomes through the recruitment and retention of key staff, development of results-driven training programs, and implementation of the best practices for improving employees’ satisfaction, productivity and leadership capabilities.

As an HR training consultant, I led a new CRS project training consisting of 38 in-house experts in IT, transport, accounting, revenue management and reservations. I was primarily responsible for producing competent trainers, who would then train operational teams on a new reservation management system used by more than 800 people in France. Additional responsibilities included: • Establishment of Training Strategy: Comprehensive education through group workshop (60H), individual coaching (160H) • Created Internal Training Communications Plan: Combining both digital and traditional methods • Formulated and established KPIs: Carefully monitoring and analysing indicator progression • Program Effectiveness: Analysing metrics to evaluate, creating reports for improvement and better ROI

In this human resource management role, I implemented the new HR and Learning Strategy Plan at group level to support key business objectives. I was also responsible for the regional management and development of over 450 talents across various countries. This role allowed for significant professional growth, affording an opportunity for me to advance to a new level of HR value by enhancing and shaping the workplace culture and employer brand, through various training and communications.
