Au sein de l’équipe RH Création, j’ai accompagné la Direction Artistique Parfums Beauté, le Studio de Création Maquillage et le Laboratoire Création et développement des Parfums. Premier interlocuteur pour l'ensemble des sujets opérationnels RH. HR pour l'ensemble des alternants et stagiaires, alternants et contrat CDD. Métiers : Architecture et VM, Conception Rédaction, Films et Images, Packaging et Identité Graphique, Création Digitale, Recherche et Développement Parfum, Innovation Produits Maquillage (..). Missions : - Pilotage du processus de recrutement dans son intégralité (de la définition du besoin à l'embauche), - Création d'un vivier par métiers stratégiques, - Suivi de l'intégration, période d'essai, point de mi-parcours et de fin de parcours. - Projets RH : Campus management, impact de la technologie sur les métiers de la Creation.

- Collaborating with Practice Manager Team on execution of all recruiting activities for technical and functional consultants with focus on the greater metropolitan of Paris. - Identifying relevant talent pools for Software engineers, Data analysts and engineers through the proactive sourcing on jobboard, job postings. Head hunters on linkedin recruiter ensuring attention on profil of people I approach with personnalised Inmails. - Conducting phone interviews and providing a competency based assessment. - Plan and execute Cloud and Tech recruiting events, including event for school partnership such as Engineer school meeting and branding building with recruiter of Capgemini brand. - Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire. - Utilizing the intern applicante tracking system to actively track, managed and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stackholder communication and ensure effective process management. - Initiating onboarding activity for new hires in coordination with local HR and other administration team.

- Recruteur et commercial en fonction des besoins spécifiques des entreprises partenaires. - Développer un réseau de candidats via l’utilisation des CVthèques/ jobboards, réseaux sociaux… - Informer les candidats sur l’école, les postes à pourvoir et les entreprises. - Qualifier les candidats et suivre leur admission. - Présenter les profils au manager
