Introduction

I choose projects for what they push me to become, not how they look on paper. Business development across Africa, insect farming, B2B SaaS, transport. Same logic each time: environments that push my limits. I'm not a PM who only talks to engineers, or a CSM who only watches metrics. I translate customer problems into roadmap priorities, close upsells myself, and keep improving how work gets done. Based in Casablanca, open to ambitious startups worldwide.

At Freterium, a B2B SaaS startup specializing in TMS, I hold a hybrid role spanning Customer Success and Product Ownership — two functions I built and carried simultaneously, on a platform deployed across North Africa, the Gulf, and Asia. Customer Success Manager • Client portfolio generating over $500k in ARR. • Supporting B2B accounts through the digitalization of their transport operations: planning, tracking, driver app, reporting, invoicing. • Delivered 100+ client and user training sessions. • Identified, scoped, and closed around ten upsells. • Supported sales teams: client needs, demos, field feedback. Product Ownership • Sole Product Owner of a multi-market TMS platform: roadmap and product delivery. • Functional lead of 10 developers (front-end, back-end, mobile app, optimization engine). • Initiated and led the transition from Agile/Scrum to a project-based, dedicated-team model, better suited to startup constraints. • Wrote PRDs, SOWs, functional specs, and test scenarios. Owned the quality bar (functional, UI/UX, ergonomics) on every release — cut ticket reopening rate from 50%+ to under 5%. • Set up product and client KPIs, reporting frameworks, and tracking tools. • SQL (phpMyAdmin) used daily for debugging, configuration, and product data analysis. • Reads and debugs code directly as part of release review, flagging defects and proposing fixes to the engineering team — going beyond spec-level QA. AI deployment in Product & Client operations • Built internal AI agents to standardize tickets, PRDs, SOWs, and release notes in Freterium's format. • Among the first to integrate autonomous developer agents into the product workflow; led adoption from spec to human code review. • Set up client-specific AI environments for critical accounts: field analysis and document preparation.

First role at Freterium, where I built the Customer Success function from the ground up: methodology, materials, and onboarding of the first accounts. • Managed a client portfolio generating close to $200k in ARR. • Built and continuously improved the onboarding, training, and account-management methodology. • Analyzed each client's business processes to propose tailored configurations and solutions. • Identified and proposed upsells; supported sales teams on simulations and product demos. • Guest lecturer at a higher-education school specialized in logistics, on the benefits and limits of a TMS. • Supervised interns.

Backed by the Akwa Group. Key achievements: • Set up a 4-ton rearing POC, scaled 1,000x in 6 months. • Signed 5 client letters of intent representing 105 tons/year of demand. • Contributed to a validated €1M fundraise, with 10+ interested investors. • Selected for the HEC Paris × Station F incubator and the Montpellier Business School accelerator; member of the Solar Impulse label (positive-impact project). • Reviewed and analyzed 350+ industrial patents to shape the intellectual-property strategy. • Modeled and sized a ~€2M industrial project (demonstrator, business plan, DCF valuation).

CEO & Co-Founder

Daba'Go

oct. 2018 - mars 2022

Préfecture de Casablanca

Daba'Go is a smart mobility app built for large, fast-growing African cities: it computes the optimal route by combining conventional transport (tram, bus, train) with the informal modes specific to the continent (shared taxis, minibuses, auto-rickshaws), through a proprietary machine-learning algorithm. Available on Android, iOS, and web. As co-founder and CEO, I took the project from idea to launched product, leading strategy, product development, partnerships, and fundraising. Key achievements: • Designed and launched a POC across Greater Casablanca — a metro area of 7 million people — covering around ten transport modes (700+ bus lines, ~15,000 taxis, tram, long-distance coaches, informal transport). • Led my technical team in developing a novel algorithmic model (deep learning + incremental learning) to predict waiting times for transport with no fixed schedules. • Negotiated government and data partnerships across ~15 African countries; direct impact in 6+ countries. • Built and led a team of up to 12 people on an 873,000 MAD budget. • 12-time startup competition finalist, representing Morocco internationally 6 times: winner of the 2021 RATP Dev Sustainable Mobility Prize, Top 16 in the World Bank's PRISE program, Top 10 African startup at Hub Africa, 2nd at Hack Ariadna.

Atrait Consulting

Casablanca, Maroc

Atrait Consulting is a Smart City and Smart Building advisory firm based in Morocco. When I joined, the company had never operated commercially — one legacy client accounted for over 80% of revenue. My mission was to define and launch a commercial strategy. In 4 months, I brought in 8 new clients, reduced dependency on the legacy client from 80%+ to 45% of projected revenue, and opened the firm's first market in sub-Saharan Africa. Deliverables: market diagnostic (now a reference in the Moroccan Smart sector), custom CRM with client reporting, 5-pillar commercial restructuring, long-term roadmap.

On a World Bank-funded project, delivered through a partnership between Daba'Go and the Trufi Association, I remotely led the complete mapping of Nouakchott's public transport network — the capital of Mauritania. I recruited and managed a local team, defined the methodology, and delivered all outputs, making Nouakchott the most advanced African capital for open public-transport data. Key achievements: • Complete open-source network mapping: 59 lines, 400 km, 61 GPS traces, 55 hours of recorded routes, 22 major transport hubs. • Study report on the city's public transport system with concrete improvement recommendations. • Remotely recruited, trained, and managed a local mapping team. • Delivered under budget: $16k spent of the $30k allocated.
