(raised 2M+ early 2025) ## Product consulting for Ziwo.io • Supported Ziwo.io in structuring its product strategy, collaborating with the founder to align initiatives with business objectives and investor expectations. • To meet marketing needs for organic growth, migrated SaaS users to the main domain to strengthen SEO retention; improved from 33 to 44 points in 12 months (+33%) on the Semrush score, indicating significant improvement in online visibility. • Facing a strategic need for revenue diversification, conducted user research (Jobs-to-be-Done, interviews, analytics), created low-fidelity prototypes, and launched a new multi-agent channel via WhatsApp — positively validated by early users during qualitative testing phase.
