In This role I led successively 2 projects in the Contact Center department increasing my scope to 2 teams and high traffic project • Helpcenter Project (1.5 Years): owning core features of the Helpcenter for all (5+) stakeholders types in all (50+) countries and integrated in 20+ apps with 2M+ daily visits. • Rooster project (2 years): Successfully delivered contact center agent HR tool replacing saas and saving 1M€+ per year • Led 2 initiatives replacing SAAS solutions for chats and satisfaction surveys with our own solution reducing costs by 2M€/year. • Led 2 technical migrations, extracting project to own AWS cluster and pioneering Datadog tooling for our department • Hired 10+ engineers - Grew 5+ engineers from mid level to senior - constantly staying above 75 ENPS in management support • Founded and participated in a task force to change the planning methodology from quarterly to continuous for the department. • Guided teams through 2 restructuring and psychological safety issues. • Reduced observability costs by 20%

Theodo is a French web agency which web and mobile projects aiming at reducing their clients time-to-market and win market share in a feedback and continuous improvement centered culture. • Created a core-business tool to manage clients' files along the whole value chain for a major Moroccan insurance company (3 months, stack: React, Node) • Launched the new internal web page of a French energy company working in daily interaction with the Communication executives (7 months, stack: Angular >2, Django) • Developed a modular document managing tool and adapted it to answer the needs of 3 departments of a major French Bank (8 months, stack: React)
