As a member of the Research and Insight team at Instech, I am focused on creating in-depth technology company profiles. Supporting the development of the InsTech internal database of insurance technology companies, which is shared across our members, prospective clients and internal stakeholders. •Proficient at leading methodical and extensive research using third-part sources, such as Pitchbook and Crunchbase and writing up in-depth reports for members. •Adept at handling large datasets, cleaning, enriching and presenting data to create insight to key stakeholders. •Experience of writing internal reports on prospective clients, supporting the sales team lead generation. •Comfortable engaging with clients and prospects as part of account management.

I was promoted after 6 months to Head bartender at the Palm Court, their aftertoon tea, fine dining and cocktail venue. During my time there I worked closely with the Hotel manager and Food and Beverage manage, to recruit and develop a new team and launched a new menu.

In my initial role at the Langham, I was part of the team that launched The Wigmore, a fine dining British Pub. As a supervisor I ran the day to day operations, ensured customer service was consistent with the Langhams standards. I was also the point of call for any events occuring on the premices, daily accounting of all transactions and meeting weekly, monthly and yearly sale targets.
