– Managed the Bank API that allows end users to connect their banking data instantly in order for businesses to access detailed balances, transactions and historical data from current accounts – fully normalized for a seamless integration. – Set up agile rituals in my team of 5 to 10 developers – Set up analytics tools in order to be able to take data driven decisions – Migrated Powens's french connectors to integrate all the available PSD2 APIs of the french market which included putting in place a roll out strategy a communication plan and support to clients – Set up app to app authentication on the migrated PSD2 connectors in order to increase end users conversion rates thanks to an improved user experience – Delivered new connectors to business and enterprise banks in oder to increase the market coverage for the business services client segment (accounting, ERP, payroll) and consolidate the leading position of Powers in the french market – Providing an Open Finance API to allow businesses to create superior embedded finance and payment experiences.

– Managed the Data Finder internal product offering a portal for employees and an API for applications of the group to allow them to share, manage accesses and search all the data of the group. Mainly BigQuery hosted on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kafka Topics. – Redesign of the access management module of the Data Finder to allow any product team of the group manage several GCP projects – Design and deliver an orchestrator to automate the subscription of the Data Finder services in order to increase the user experience and reduce the work load of the support team – Create efficient onboarding workflows to allow non tech users to easily share their data through the portal instead of the API thanks to a design driven approach – Managed requirements, backlog and roadmap of the product with a cross functional team including 5 developers (2 front-ends, 2 back-ends and 1 devops), 2 technical account managers and 1 UX/UI designer.

– Managed Single Invoice Cover (SIC), the first B2B API in the market allowing Factoring client mainly, to request EH to cover invoices in real-time. I was part of a cross-functional team based in Paris that allowed me to own the product and manage it end to end, with sales teams located globally. – Increased revenue thanks to higher volumes of invoices covered but contained loss ratio – Strengthened the relationship with the main customer of the API, Cash in Time, a factoring product developed by the bank Crédit Agricole – Made changes to the product to open it to new promising markets (Germany, Belgium, US, Asia) – As the first point of contact, managed efficiently the onboarding of new clients – Continuous improvement of the product, such as process automation and the delivery of a client portal to improve the claim and collection process – Facilitated the creation of new innovative products in relation to credit insurance, the core business of EH, with high autonomy for quick iterations.

– Managed the GENIAC platform, simplifying the operations of 1000+ small business in the UK by enabling owners to spend their time on growth - not managing business administration and compliance. – Created and delivered the minimum viable GENIAC platform to start serving customers and secure a series A investment (May 2014 - July 2015). – GENIAC product combined: a website for entrepreneurs to have visibility, keep control over their business, interact with the GENIAC service team and know the status of their business; an internal platform for the GENIAC service team to manage company admin effectively. – Worked on priorities following investment (July 2015 - July 2016): migration of the platform from monolithic Symfony to distributed micro services API-based application, shift from desktop to responsive mobile first application, offer services to new segment (HR and payroll). – Delivered a new strategic pivot feature for GENIAC, and learned Spanish (July 2015 - Aug 2017).

– Managed a team of 10 developers and a budget of £3.5M to deliver a new banking professional loan branch platform for two retail banks of the group. – Hired the development team – Managed the two front end development teams from design to user acceptance tests – Conducted workshops with the product team for requirement gathering – Budgeted the application and change requests – Planned and kept on track the delivery of the application – Communicated on the progress of projects to executive boards – Identified and followed critical dependencies with other development teams – Made sure that the teams followed best development practices during the build phase

– Designed and built a £0.4M budget wire transfer application as its product manager.
