Technical/Product co-founder of a startup aiming to help organizations better understand “their humans” through AI-moderated voice interviews. Singlehandledly built a first version of the product that successfully conducted over 350 interviews and delivered insights for a handful of early clients/design partners. Technologies used: React, Redux, NextJS, Postgres, Langchain, Pinecone, various LLMs and SDKs (Vercel AI SDK, Clerk, VAPI, 11labs…).

Medispring is a cooperative of doctors who decided back in 2018 to build their own EHR software, nowadays the market leader in french-speaking Belgium. I was brought in by the CEO to design and bring new, patient facing products to the market: - An online appointment booking platform, which saw record adoption rates : within 3 weeks of activation, doctors had 90%+ of their appointments going through the platform. - A patient application/portal, designed to facilitate interactions between patients and their care givers: making appointments, sharing lab results, asking for prescription refills….

MobileXpense Group offers a suite of expense management SaaS products covering both enterprise and SME markets. I established a product design practice from scratch: built a team (3 FTEs + 2 Freelancers), and shaped the product org and strategy in collaboration with the Chief Product Officer and fellow product leaders (head of engineering and head of product management).

Responsible for all things product at a digital health startup, addressing the German market. Crafted a product vision and strategy for a healthcare communication platform Built and led a cross functional team of 20 : designers, product managers and software engineers. • Came up with an idea and built a team to transform it into an actual product used by doctors and patients on a daily basis • Articulated and shared product vision, mission and value proposition • Built a prototype and presentation deck that lead to 1.3Mio EUR project funding from 2 insurance companies. • Built and managed the product design and development roadmap and processes. • Achieved solid results, demonstrating traction and product market fit through high daily active usage. • Directly recruited and managed a team of product managers and designers

JIRA is Atlasssian’s flagship product, and the world’s leading software development tool, used by teams at NASA, Tesla, Adobe, Disney, eBay or LinkedIn. As the Lead Designer for JIRA Mobile, I set and led the design direction and vision for this new product, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary product team including product managers, visual designers, researchers and developers, across 3 continents.

"Lovely Charts (http://www.lovelycharts.com) is a diagramming application that allows you to create professional looking diagrams, such as flowcharts, sitemaps, organisation charts, wireframes, and many more... For free." Founder of this bootstrapped service, available on the web, desktop, and iPad, my role entails pretty much everything from software develoment to graphic design and copywriting, marketing and strategy. Couple achievements: - TechCrunch Europas 2009 Finalist - Ranked #7 in LifeHacker's "Top 10 Underhyped Webapps of 2009" - 300,000 registered users - Featured on TechCrunch, Mashable, LifeHacker, DownloadSquad...

Activities vary from user research to front-end development (iOS mainly), through functional analysis, requirements capture, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction and user interface design. Most recent projects include interactive displays for the Qatar National Library, a next-gen e-banking application for a major bank, an iPad application prototype for BNP Paribas (Paris), the design of a Google Adwords monitoring/analytics web application, a financial reporting iPad app for investment funds, and a mobile app for Vodafone UK.

As a User Experience consultant and Design Technologist, my job was both to define user experiences for custom, high-profile, Rich Internet Applications, and to bridge the gap between the UX and Technology practices.
Activities involved user research, analysis, requirements capture, interaction design and prototyping. While at Adobe, I notably worked on a Mission Support application for NATO’s AWACS aircrafts, a trading platform for Morgan Stanley, an eCommerce platform for Philips, eBanking vision demos, internal apps for Adobe and a couple more things I’m afraid I can’t talk about :) Collaboration was initially on a fulltime basis, then project based.
