Mes responsabilités pour superviser ce projet sont : Ø Agir en tant que représentant du client pour Barclays UK, en assurant la supervision des équipes de conception et de projet. Ø Gestion des engagements et des risques : Examiner les engagements et gérer les risques, y compris les questions juridiques et d'assurance. Participer aux comités de pilotage et interface avec le bailleur. Ø Gestion des changements : superviser les variations de commandes, les rapports d'avancement et les synthèses pour Barclays UK. Ø Support technique : Soutenir les parties prenantes techniques et garantir que leurs exigences sont prises en compte lors des étapes de briefing.
