I lead and coordinate the Group’s global strategy across five countries (France, Portugal, Canada, Mexico, India), ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk control in all logistics and international trade flows. ✈️ Transport: Design and optimization of international transport schemes, interco flows, and multimodal operations. Cost control and carrier performance management. 🛃 Customs: Tariff classification, special procedures (IPR/OPR), documentation compliance, and digital customs systems. Group-level coordination with national authorities. 🚨 Export Control: Dual-use and military classification (EU, ITAR, EAR), export licensing, contractual clauses, and screening for international sanctions compliance.

- Business Expert for Transportation Topics ; - Provide tools (as lean / AOS management) for deployed Health & Safety culture, standard agenda,, SQCDP, 5S, 8D, PPS/PDCA, MCR, KPR/KPI Tree in OTD Department for optimize transport flow and analyse root cause to perform ; - Collect all Projects topics in OTD Department and summarize inside a Portfolio to resume all resources, budget, milestone and prioritize before deploying them ; - OTD Ressources monitoring - Monthly OTD Performance Management and reporting to the OT Department.

- Privileged interface with customs authorities and partners; - Guarantor of the proper functioning of the customs service in accordance with the applicable regulations - Establish and follow the stock accounts of the special customs regimes ; - Maintain customs authorizations and AEO Agreement.

Transport: Budget management (€7 million), Tenders with Safran Transport Purchasing, Global plan of transport, KPI, Performance review (QBR). Projects: Milkrun, streamlining of intersite shuttles & inter_entities, optimization of express parcel flows, inter-entity flow consolidation, TMS (Shippeo / Project 44) / geoloc, management and removal of CCO approval, transport decarbonization. Customs & taxation: Management of Customs Approvals & customs authorizations, Customs process (VED, COO), link with the CEX Service, the SGC and GIFAS. Projects: Self-liquidation and partial elimination of AI2, (total) customs subcontracting, project savings One Safran, decentralized warehousing in bond.

- Launching of AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) + Customs Department & Warehouse in bond - Improve International Good Practices in Distribution - Transportation and Customs expertise -In charge of all transportation & logistics (freight forwarding, road and customs) agreement and tenders negociations : 10 M€ - Transports & Customs Optimization (Onwarding, Inwarding process, Tariffication, Origin determination, duties optimization);

all Dangerous Goods classification excluding Class 7 (radioactive)
