👉🏼 Design and redesign of the digital products in the fintech, in line with the Group's strategic plan and omnichannel stakes (from the research and strategy to hand-off with tech teams for release). 👉🏼 example of KPI : + 44% of new clients in one year, 50% time saving on a user goal 👉🏼 Creation of 1 web app from scratch, redesign of 4 web apps with new features (responsive multi-devices approach)

Design of an inclusive web & mobile app platform to promote the integration of people with disabilities in the hotel industry, on a national scale. Missions: ~ user research (itw, surveys, user path, Jobs to be done, UX audit of existing site) ~ mockups, prototyping for usability testing (iteration cycle) ~ UI kit (guidelines & creation of components) ~ integration of a11y criteria (RGAA standard)

👉🏼 Design of digital tools on the new production line for the A320neo program, with high stakes in robotization and automation (factory 4.0). Some objectives for the projects : - reduce error rates in specific use cases - increase task on time on specific use cases - 6 digital products from scratch for different context of use and different end-users profiles - more than 20 usability testing in real condition - several workshops with project team to define design expectations and objectives, also some ideation workshops to generate and find ideas on digital user journeys - More than 4 ergonomic audits on digital products already in use on site in order to identify and define patterns and design guidelines for designing new interfaces. Also to improve usability of existing interfaces. 🏆 integration of the design results into milestones on tooling and robotization projects External intervention (Germany / Spain / France): 👉🏼 enhance the digital solution on several sites to optimize the processes of accident investigations - heuristic evaluation on the exisiting digital product - userflow and information architecture because of complex process and a variety of context of use - attrackdiff usability scale, UEQ with end users - usability testing (in real condition on 3 international sites) - recommendations and specs for suppliers👉🏼

👉🏼 Design the digital control tools for the pools densification project of La Hague - project scoping / roadmap / OKR & KPI / objectives & stakes - user research (user panel, itw, shadowing) - mockups, prototyping with the command & control department - usability testing - UX audit (usability and usefulness of control screens with prioritization matrix)

- Drafting and sharing of standardized UX design/ergonomics documents, - UX Designer leader for industrial projects for a sector, - Support for a project to integrate a collaborative robot into a workstation (workgroups, activity simulation using VR).
