Leading a team of Product Managers, I am responsible for Carrefour’s full reference data scope, covering Group MDM, France Product MDM, the legacy application, and supplier and site data. My role includes product strategy, governance, roadmap prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination between business, data and IT teams, ensuring a robust and reliable foundation for both French and Group operations.

Consulting firm specialising in e-commerce, IT and interim management

Remediation of an international Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment in sample factories. Took over programme governance (steering committees, risk management, re-planning), managed key interfaces (SAP, LIMS, Kardex, Power BI). Structured change management and organised UAT to secure rollout of the core model across sales, procurement, production, logistics, quality and finance. Outcome: delivery stabilised and roadmap executable.

Directed the global deployment of an Akeneo PIM: defined the master plan and product data governance, set taxonomy and data quality rules, integrated SAP/PLM. Orchestrated phased rollout with close change management. Result: unified PIM/MDM supporting PXM and e-commerce channels.

Conducted a comprehensive audit of digital tools and customer journeys, delivering a 4-year roadmap. Prioritised site search optimisation, modernisation of digital assets, B2B e-commerce enablement and enhanced UX/distributor relations.

Following M&A between PrivateSportShop (FR) and SportPursuit (UK), led post-merger integration of e-commerce platforms. Brought legacy Prestashop (heavily customised) into compliance for migration to Magento + Odoo. Oversaw vendor management, non-regression testing and cutover. Enabled smooth transition to unified architecture.

Restarted a failed B2B project: full responsibility from scoping, specification, enterprise architecture and tendering to go-live. Delivered OroCommerce + PIMCore PIM + Rubi ERP with PayPlug payments. Covered 13 branches and warehouses: scalable, multi-brand architecture.

Migration from obsolete Magento 1 to new multi-vendor architecture for valoservices.suez.fr. Scoped requirements, recommended solutions (Cocolabs, Lemonway), secured contracts, managed delivery to production. New platform enabled multi-supplier business model.

Nationwide rollout of 13,000 POS terminals for Post Office UK during pandemic. Integrated new banking apps (balance enquiry, deposits, PIN change). Coordinated Agile delivery with UK teams and Fujitsu. Rollout completed despite logistical and technical constraints.

Time-to-market mission: created Hubside.Store retail chain (100 shops) and omnichannel e-commerce. Defined IT & payments rollout methodology, designed architecture (Cegid Y2 ERP + POS, Adyen payments). Supported opening of first store in 12 weeks with live IT systems.

Supported e-commerce channel launch (phytosanitary, fertilisers, seeds). Delivered AMOA services: mapped logistics/financial flows, produced specifications, coordinated stakeholders (logistics provider, SaaS), advised on strategy and organisation.

Specified new system for temporary worker hours & health affiliation under tight deadline (launch Jan 2016). Coordinated MOA/MOE, delivered specs. Environment: IIS, PHP, SQL Server, secure banking.

Took over migration from WebSphere Commerce 6 to 7 across 19 countries. Focused on database & ERP flows; ensured knowledge transfer. Stack: IBM WCS 6/7, Oracle, FredHopper, Linux RedHat.

Revitalised e-commerce business: industrialised processes, set KPIs, redesigned site, CRM/SEO/SEA. Opened Barcelona subsidiary (2010), validated Italy expansion.

Supervised 15 staff on localisation of Microsoft Exchange 4.0 & BackOffice 3.5. Delivered technical review, compilation, testing; implemented QA processes under tight deadlines.

Trained HR staff on new ALLIANCE HR/payroll system during privatisation (156,000 staff, 22 HR regions). Supported change management, user training, Level 1 support.

Developed industrial/statistical software, fire risk inference engine, printing optimisation tool. Provided SME training (MS-DOS/Windows, PAO) and IT maintenance.
