Supported the CFO with budget planning of €75M for a factory of 350 employees, through scheduling expenditures of €5M, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Oversaw the control processes of overhead costs and investments, and managed the inventory cost planning. • Analyzed working capital structure, P&L and identified optimization opportunities of over $200K. • Delivered financial reports on conducted audits within a demanding reporting cycle of 4 days after closure. • Prepared budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, consolidating financial data, and recommending plans.

Supported the Finance Controller by providing the financial plant’s report in accordance to Group policies, IFRS and monitor the compliance with the Sabarnes-Oxles rules (SOX). • Provided weekly reports on key performance indicators such as non-quality costs, inventory levels, production levels and revenues. • Prepared timely financial statements in accordance with Group and Industrials Affairs guidelines and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Analyzed and understood manufacturing variances (under/over loaded capacity of production, qualities issues, labor absenteeism) • Set up a new inventory procedure which increased accuracy by 10% and reduced the material cost by 150K€in the first year.
