As principal consultant, I work directly with teams in cultural institutions to provide custom engagement, funding, and training solutions.

During my 12-week internship, I supported the Past Present publication with project management, research, writing, and copyediting. I also contributed to the success of two artist exhibitions: Golden Spike: 24 Places at Grizzly Grizzly, and The Nature of Gothic at Rockwood House and Gardens with artist interviews, writing and copyediting, artist and gallery/museum meetings, exhibit installations, and promotion.

At Charter Communications, I built self-paced learning modules with a 100% success rate. I wrote storyboards, recorded and edited audio, created animated videos, learner guides, and activities to support skill acquisition. I set deadlines, solved problems with SMEs and outside vendors, and organized and delivered weekly compliance presentations to key stakeholders.

At TTEC, I monitored the progress of numerous projects, redesigned instructor-led trainings and materials into digital products (courses, gamified assessments, and interactive PDFs), and managed multiple LMS systems (Meridian and Litmos) to ensure user access and course functionality. I spent much of my time collaborating with graphic designers, clients, other instructional designers, and programmers on implementation of written concepts in digital form.

At MLink Technologies, I engineered instructional materials based on client specifications and needs, developed and maintained collaborative relationships with clients, and assessed completed instructional materials and suggested edits based on client needs.

At AlphaBEST, I managed a small staff and directed an after-school program of about 100 students. I served as a liaison between the school and the AlphaBEST area office, as well as an advocate for children and parents. As site director, I managed the site's administrative tasks, as well as improved the site's standing with state mandatory operating standards. I accomplished this through implementing gradual scheduling and operating procedure improvements.

At Kukua Academy, I worked alongside parents and community stakeholders to create an open, collaborative setting in which learners were challenged and encouraged to think beyond themselves. As school co-founder and leader, I provided an educational setting that empowered children to be self-motivated, creative thinkers that used their solutions-based skillsets to attack and solve global issues. I continually pushed toward evolving a paradigm that pushed students to explore, critique, and improve the world around them.

Assessing student growth, planning lessons for English language learners aged 4-13, collaborating with classroom teachers to improve student performance in regular classes.

At Abeona House Child Discovery Center, I introduced basic life and social skills to two year old children. I also facilitated their learning through discovery of the world around them.
