Supply Planner of Kitchen Appliance - Manage, provide, and analyze daily, relevant KPIs & metrics like Availability, Days of Stock, Inventory Value & Turns, Supplier performance, etc.; - PO & Inbound management: Call off, update, and manage weekly orders to achieve the right amount of supply at the right place and at the right time. While at the same time assuring inbound and supplier performance requirements are met; -Have a good relationship and frequent contact with suppliers about topics like PO management, purchase forecast, minimal stock levels, invoices, risk in production, supplier performance and planning agreements; -Have a good relationship and frequent contact with SP&I, S&OE, Logistics and S&OP about PO & inbound management, sales forecast, allocation, availability, stock levels, inbound, capacity, promos, introductions, etcetera; Proactively search for, work on, and implement improvements, chances and other opportunities that will help to improve the Supply Operations team and supply chain department.

- Process invoices, ensure that the invoices are compliant and can be paid on time - Answer and investigate local market queries - Ensure timely payment of PO/non-PO invoices, also validate, post and book the invoices in SAP - Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process related to invoice processing working closely with the relevant parties in other departments and the local market - Raise new ideas and join the P2P team in process improvement projects
