Over and above my consultancy roles, I started a company specializing in 3D printing and laser engraving. Originally working at consumer level, the company is now more focused on B2B activities such as producing marketing and seasonal products.

Hired on a permanent basis as European & AAA project manager for the rollout of outsourced projects offered to global clients. The company’s primary business has been located in the USA, and this project has given the company a springboard to truly global projects. My role is to ensure the timely and effective rollout of complete managed infrastructure to ensure the company is able to meet SLA in respect to ongoing programme support. As the regional project manager working on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company, my duties involve, but are not limited to the following: Team selection and internal project initiation Running on-site pre-deployment visits to establish existing infrastructure Analysis of site visit data to determine infrastructure requirements to meet corporate standards Manage the ordering, delivery, installation, and configuration of infrastructure items (LAN – Copper and Wi-Fi, Active Directory servers, Antivirus servers, Print servers, migration of legacy infrastructure) Plan and liaise with desktop services team to produce country specific OS builds (XP SP2) On-site staging of infrastructure items and running of desktop PoC, pilots, rollouts (incl. legacy apps) Scheduling & migration of End User Computing with local & global business managers Implementation of global VoIP service as part of site rollout. (To include Voice services, FAX, Meeting Place Express, and Directory Services) Keeper and creator of all project plans, RAID documents, Status reports, etc... Running of regular conference calls with all internal & external teams responsible for delivery. Reporting of project progress to internal and customer project sponsors This role involves frequent travel to customer sites (weekly), regular meetings at the clients corporate head office in California as well as internal meetings in Dallas.

Hired on a contract basis by AT&T, to work in the implementation team responsible for the installation of leased line, frame & ATM services to international EMEA corporate clients. However my role has also been modified to work as a value added asset working with higher management in the reduction of global backlogged orders. Daily & weekly duties typically involve the following: Scheduling of customer installations with sales & transport order teams Validation of technical design with engineering teams prior to acceptance handover Timely implementation to customer expectations Use of languages to work on sensitive large Fortune 100 equivalent customers Production of & running of management reporting to monitor MACD status Virtual team leader role and escalation point working with engineering teams Planning of high end (250 router +) alignment projects Localisation of desk level procedures (DLP) to encompass EMEA regional offices Over the course of my working with AT&T, I have also been involved in working with the head office teams in the USA in the piloting of new projects, and acceptance of certain new procedures.

As part of the legal separation of Pluxee from Sodexo, I was engaged to help manage the infrastructure stream of their “Carve-Out” program - Segregation of shared services/servers - Managing partner/customer modifications to dedicated external facing connectivity (DNS) - PM of migration dedicated on-prem and cloud server infrastructure - PM for the migration of network infrastructure - Datacenter moves to dedicated physical infrastructure - Post migration clean-up activity closure - Implementation to Group tooling and standards - Creation of semi-automated (Excel based) CMDB (HW, Apps, Accounts, Certificates, etc.) - Preparation of migration from Jira ITSM to Service Now - Collaboration on the development of Service Now based CMDB to be used seamlessly with ITSM, Change management, Problem management and Strategic compliance - PM for the implementation of certain security improvements (WAF, Zero Trust VPN, etc.) This Contract has been renewed twice; however, the successful completion of the mission has made this role redundant.

Datacenter migration following onboarding of new IT service provider for banking client. - Breakdown of project into manageable, strategic, & logical waves - Overall planning of 250 application and data servers, and NAS (750+ DFS shares) - Creation of migration progress and server status tool in Excel for all teams to use - Close liaison with application owners and business to create minimum business impact. - Tight team collaboration through targeted daily meetings (primarily remote) - Delivery negotiations between incumbent and new IT service providers to ensure win-win scenarios. - Working with architects to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions delivered with new ITSP. - Coordination between application and project teams for test plans and execution. - Creation & input towards the creation of credible road/runbooks. - Server OS & DB obsolescence. Working with application owners to ensure in-house applications upgraded to meet OS/TLS/.NET/SQL minimum standards in the new data center. - Management of migration bridge calls ensuring efficient delivery as well as pulling in the right teams to resolve migration issues. - Processing the decommissioning of migrated (virtual) infrastructure. - Management of the final NW stepped cutover.

Brought in to project manage various projects from internal user collaboration tooling to life cycle management projects for video conferencing, mobile access, electronic white boards , and internal information systems I was added to the team in order to help manage the expected pool of projects due for delivery, however the lack of resources to focus on delivering these projects from a technical perspective, several of these projects were removed from the 2015 roadmap and as such the need for a PM to lead these projects was no longer required (Unfortunately the customer applies a last in first out policy meaning my contract was not renewed past it's expiry

Recruited to lead the physical hardware deployment stream of a country wide in-flight deployment of new end user computing infrastructure and operating systems. The install base is approximately 27,000 users in Belgium alone. Project was initially running on a fully manual process with inefficiencies resulting in poor performance to the end user community. My role was to look at ways to streamline the process, provide accurate and reliable reporting, as well as improve the relationship and delivery from external vendors. Project now 95% delivered and I have been asked to lead other projects such as migration of 12,500 cellular subscriptions between major Belgium carriers
