Drove the redesign of the BOR process, simplifying complex enterprise workflows and improving clarity and efficiency for administrators managing high-volume operations. In this short period I was able to work with Dev team side by side in order to launch the PWA. My main goal was to work in usability and also analysis the website with several tools such as OptimalWorkshop, Hotjar, VWO & Google Analytics. I worked with the team to create the Checkout process and refine it with a FastCheckout design.
