In charge of the Site Migration Program (2700+MD to migrate/transform 25 sites and 19 tools from SharePoint to Adobe Experience Manager). Responsible for overseeing and managing 44 projects to achieve strategic business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: * Strategic Alignment – Ensured all projects aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives. Translated high-level strategy into actionable plans, leveraging PMO structure to track alignment and priority * Governance & PMO Leadership – Active role in establishing and leading PMO. Defined governance frameworks for decision-making, escalations, and issue resolution. Ensured consistent application of PM standards and compliance with internal policies and controls * Stakeholder Management – Communicated effectively with senior exec, clients, and cross-functional teams. Maintained stakeholder engagement through PMO-led reporting, steerco presentations, and regular alignment forums * Value Realisation – Track and report on benefit delivery. Continuously monitored program performance to ensure that business value was realised and sustained, adjusting plans if needed * Risk and Issue Management – Defined and implemented a centralised risk and issue management process within the PMO. Personally oversaw mitigation strategies for critical risks and resolution of high-impact escalations across projects * Resource Coordination – Through PMO, optimised allocation of resources (people, budget, time) across 25+ sites and 19 tools. Actively managed cross-project dependencies and constraints to maintain progress and avoid conflicts * Program Planning, Change Management and Roadmapping – Defined the overall program roadmap and coordinated planning efforts. Used the PMO as a central hub to track milestones, manage interdependencies, lead change and provide visibility * Team Leadership and Development – Fostered a high-performance, collaborative culture and ensured continuous improvement in project delivery practices

Roles and Key Responsibilities (with PMO involvement): * Led the design and implementation of an automated affiliation process, working closely with the PMO to ensure alignment with program objectives, adherence to governance standards, and integration across multiple back-office systems through streamlined web forms. * Developed a comprehensive web platform that enabled a seamless multi-product experience and self-service management of accounts, products, point-of-sale locations, contracts, and invoices, coordinating with the PMO to track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. * Collaborated closely with international stakeholders and vendors across France, Romania, Czech Republic, Serbia, and Poland, actively engaging with the PMO to facilitate stakeholder communication, manage dependencies, and maintain transparency across all project phases.

Roles and Key Responsibilities (with active PMO involvement): * Oversaw technical project delivery using ITIL and Agile methodologies, actively contributing to the PMO by ensuring standardisation of practices and compliance across cross-border teams (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Tunisia, and Vietnam). * Played an active role in PMO governance by establishing processes for change, risk, and release management, ensuring alignment with broader organisational standards and continuous visibility to senior stakeholders. * Responsible for the end-to-end integration of external data into core systems. Conducted rigorous analysis of raw data and defined precise conversion rules to ensure accurate and seamless data transformation. Managed complex data flows, enforced data quality and integrity, and delivered accurate system updates, aligning with critical data model redesign and migration principles. * Led Change Management initiatives leveraging the ADKAR model to facilitate smooth transitions. Collaborated with the PMO to track adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement, and change effectiveness. * Coordinated non-regression testing and release management, integrating PMO-driven controls to ensure product stability, delivery assurance, and quality across multiple delivery streams. * Handled Incident Management using tools like JIRA and ServiceNOW, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and documentation in line with PMO service continuity frameworks. * Implemented proactive Risk Management strategies and worked through the PMO to ensure risk tracking, mitigation, and contingency planning were embedded into project lifecycles. * Coached and evaluated a team of 5 employees fostering a performance-driven project culture. * Managed administrative and financial tracking responsibilities, including quotation approvals, vendor coordination, and regular reporting via PMO templates and dashboards.
