– Assess policyholder credit worthiness and manage credit risk. – Supporting Sales teams of multiple branches to maintain to minimize credit risk and maximise healthy sales growth. – Maintain key client relationship and experience and identifying unsatisfactory areas and taking immediate actions. – Coordinating with departments across the organization to ensure efficient transition are taken place, monitoring KPI's. – Maintain accurate records and analyse credit data. – Generate financial/market reports and provide insights to management. – Ensure correct action is taken in the event to maximise the possibility of short term wins and long term vision. – Analysing statistical data (loss ratio, rates, production, collection report)

– Data Analysis: Analyse client financial data. – Conduct research on financial products to identify new opportunities. – Ensure customer satisfaction journey and application process. – Participate in training programs and educational sessions. – Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
