• Designed an innovative packaged service to optimize business processes using Low-Code/No-Code technologies. Delivered a pilot project: managing external partners, organizing a call for projects, identifying and scoping expressed needs, ensuring the smooth execution of the “test & learn” phase, and tracking project progress. Results: defined a scalable methodology, analyzed 22 use cases, supported 7 projects, and presented findings to IT leadership. • Increased team visibility by producing educational materials, creating an annual communication plan, and collaborating closely with the communications team to share actions via newsletters and internal channels. • Change management: awareness-raising and training on Low-Code/No-Code technologies through governance and training sessions on Power Automate and Power Apps, delivered in person and online (Teams), in French, English, and Spanish. • Conducted user testing on applications developed by the LCNC Center of Excellence. • Improved UX/UI for two applications: designed mockups in PowerApps to enhance usability and adoption of the web apps. • Authored a professional thesis on the impact of generative AI in software development.
