Périmètre international : Europe, LATAM, Chine, Russie, Moyen-Orient | CA > 500 M€ Mission : Reprise d’un rôle clé de Business Partnering Global Sales dans un contexte post-M&A et de transformation Pilotage des processus budgétaires, forecasts et reporting consolidé multi-entités • Accompagnement stratégique des Business Units internationales : support aux directions régionales sur les enjeux de croissance, rentabilité, pricing, mix produits et priorisation des canaux. • Pilotage de la performance financière globale : élaboration et coordination du budget, des forecasts et du reporting consolidé multi-entités. • Supervision des clôtures mensuelles et prévisionnelles : validation des données, identification des écarts significatifs, suivi des KPI business & financiers. • Renforcement de la lisibilité et de la pertinence des données financières : standardisation des formats de reporting, harmonisation des pratiques de pilotage entre régions. • Contribution aux projets de transformation finance : Évolution des outils de reporting (IBM Cognos TM1), Intégration des données dans les ERP (SAP, Microsoft D365) • Management & coordination d’équipe : animation d’une équipe de 4 contrôleurs de gestion global sales, en lien étroit avec les équipes finance locales, supply, marketing et commerciales.

• Pilotage de la performance financière de la division Core Diagnostics France : • Élaboration du budget annuel, forecasts, rolling forecasts. • Suivi des clôtures mensuelles (US GAAP / French GAAP), analyse des écarts, production des reportings. • Encadrement de plus de 30 collaborateurs répartis sur les fonctions finance, contrôle de gestion, gestion des commandes, et administration des ventes. • Business Partner des équipes commerciales, juridiques, fiscales et logistiques, pour garantir la fiabilité des données et optimiser les décisions stratégiques. • Conduite de projets de transformation finance à l’échelle nationale et européenne : • Participation à la mise en place de SAP (pilotage des flux comptables & analytiques), • Contribution au projet de facturation électronique (e-invoicing), • Coordination du reporting FP&A avec les CSP Europe, • Veille au respect des contrôles internes et des exigences SOX. • Relations transverses avec clients, fournisseurs, auditeurs, commissaires aux comptes, et partenaires juridiques.

• Led a team of 6 finance professionals and external CPA firms across Europe and Asia, overseeing statutory accounts, audits, tax, payroll compliance, and intercompany/transfer pricing controls. • Ensured compliance and governance by managing US GAAP to local adjustments, VAT and tax declarations, statutory audits, SOX internal controls, and maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. • Drove continuous improvement and team development, implementing process enhancements, setting objectives and KPIs, mentoring and onboarding staff, and presenting statutory results to the Global Controller.
